How much does PubPulse cost? +
Each app is priced on its own, per pub. TaskPulse, DiaryPulse, BarPulse and PricePulse are £10 a month plus VAT, or £100 a year. RotaPulse is £10 to £48 a month plus VAT depending on how many staff you roster. You only pay for the apps you use.
Is there a discount for paying yearly? +
Yes — £100 a year instead of £10 a month on TaskPulse, DiaryPulse, BarPulse and PricePulse, so two months free. RotaPulse is monthly only at the moment, because its price band follows your staff numbers and those can change during the year.
Is there a free trial? +
Yes — every app has a full 30-day trial with complete access, and you're charged nothing if you cancel before it ends. There's no permanently free plan.
Do I need a card for the trial? +
Yes, so your service carries on without interruption if you decide to keep it. Cancel any time in the 30 days and you won't be charged.
Do prices include VAT? +
Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is how business software is normally quoted. VAT is added at checkout at 20%. If you're VAT-registered you'll reclaim it as normal.
Am I charged per member of staff? +
No. RotaPulse has four flat price bands based on your staff count, so a bigger team costs a bit more, but you're never charged per person. The other apps are one flat price however many people use them.
What if my staff numbers change? +
Your band follows the number of staff you roster — four flat steps, so a bigger team costs a bit more and you're never charged per person. Admin accounts don't count towards your staff count. If your team grows past your current band, we'll move you onto the one that matches.
Is there a contract or setup fee? +
Neither. Cancel whenever you like, and nothing to pay to get started.
Can I use more than one app? +
Yes — one PubPulse account and one login covers all of them. Each app is billed separately.
What is the Selling Price Advisor? +
An optional add-on to PricePulse, £5 a month or £50 a year. It works out the till price you need to hold your target gross profit, and tells you when a supplier increase has knocked it off course. It's available once your PricePulse subscription is active and paying — not during the trial.
I've got two pubs. +
