BBC Radio Norfolk · August 2026

As heard on BBC Radio Norfolk

In August 2026, Steve joined BBC Radio Norfolk to talk about PubPulse — why an independent pub landlord ended up building software for the trade, and how RotaPulse, PricePulse, TaskPulse and DiaryPulse each solve a real problem behind the bar. Have a listen below.

BBC Radio Norfolk interview · about 9 minutes.

“We were paying 15p a pint too much on one keg line — the app threw it up immediately.”
“We replaced the rota app we were paying £69 a month for with RotaPulse, at £20 a month — for the same staff.”

“Licensee uncovers £1.3k supplier price gap”

The Morning Advertiser — the pub trade’s own title — reported on the invoice analysis that led to PricePulse. Across a single quarter, 16 products bought from two suppliers came to a £1,308 difference, and neither supplier was the cheaper one across the board. That’s a gap nobody can see without putting the invoices side by side, which is exactly what PricePulse does.
