How it works
Join for free
Sign up in a couple of minutes. You get your own link, and a dashboard showing every pub you've referred and what you've earned.
Share your link
Pass it to licensees you know, send it to a client, or put it in a newsletter. When a pub creates its PubPulse account through your link, it's linked to you.
Earn 20% for 12 months
When that pub starts paying, you earn 20% of every subscription payment we receive from it, excluding VAT, for its first 12 months on each PubPulse app.
The details
Every app counts
PubPulse is five apps under one account. If a pub you referred adds another app later, you earn on that one too, for 12 months from its own first payment.
A worked example
A pub on two apps at £10 a month + VAT each pays us £20 a month before VAT. Your share is £4 a month, or £48 over the 12 months.
Paid monthly
Commission becomes payable 30 days after the pub's payment, which covers refunds. We pay monthly by PayPal or Wise once your balance reaches £50.
90 days to decide
Landlords rarely sign up the day they first hear about something. Once they've clicked your link they have 90 days, and the pub still counts as yours.

Licensees and former licensees, pub-trade consultants, writers, and anyone who knows a lot of independent pubs and is happy to recommend software they rate.

Does it cost anything to join? +
No. Joining is free, and there is nothing to buy.
Do I need to use PubPulse myself? +
No, although it helps to know what you're recommending. You can't earn commission on your own pub, or on any business you own or control.
What counts as a referral? +
A pub that creates a new PubPulse account through your link within 90 days of first clicking it, and then goes on to pay. The free trial doesn't earn commission; the first real payment after it does.
What if a pub I told about PubPulse signs up without using my link? +
Email us before they sign up, with the pub's name, and we can credit you by hand. We can't always do that after the event, so tell us early.
When do I get paid? +
Commission becomes payable 30 days after each payment we receive from a pub you referred. We pay monthly, by PayPal or Wise, once your balance reaches £50. Anything under £50 carries forward.
What happens if a pub cancels or gets a refund? +
Commission is only paid on money we actually keep. When a pub cancels, commission stops. Refunds and chargebacks are taken off pending or future commission.
Can I advertise PubPulse? +
Yes, you're welcome to write about us and share your link. Please don't bid on "PubPulse" or our app names in search adverts, send unsolicited emails, or offer discounts we haven't agreed. The full rules are in the affiliate terms.
